"Who's Who" is undoubtedly one of the most wanted publications, during and after the Festival. It is published as a kind of participants' anthology, for it contains bio-bibliographical information and photographs of all poets-participants in the current year.

It also features poetry of each of the participants, translated in several languages. Other useful information that can be found in it is the Festival Programme and the names and logos of all sponsors, institutions and foundations that supported various festival events and publications.
